IP Cam - Audio but no video

Hi

I’ve been trying to make this work but no luck so far, I’ve followed the guides and no luck as well.

I have a Grandstream IP Cam which sends compatible H264 and AAC audio, tested already with VLC player (rtsp) so i know the camera works. When I add the camera to the wowza engine, and test then with the test player, I onky get the audio but no video, just a black screen. Tried to enter the rtsp URI in differents ways and always get the audio only.

I’m running wowza streaming engine 4.1.2.

Any help will be really appreciated.

This would be handled best by submitting an email to support@wowza.com with the following folders as a .zip (or other archive):

[wowza-install-dir]/conf

[wowza-install-dir]/logs

If you are not sure how to get this information please see this tutorial.

We would like to take closer look at your configuration and log files and get a better understanding of what is happening on your server and why you are noticing this behavior.
