Inbound Status Connected is NO even after streaming is started from my end.

I’m having this issue while streaming since few days.
It was working completely fine before but from past days , when i start streaming from my end and try to listen from other end i get error as

“Inbound stream doesn’t appear to be connected. Check your device and configuration.”

Inbound Status Connected is showing NO while fetching active live stream metrics. @Robert Vacante

The issue you are referring to indicates your source was not actually connected at the time when you polled. Without details of the transcoder you were polling, we will not really be able to provide additional guidance. Please open a support case so that we can dig further into the issue you are reporting.
