I think this Zoom/Wowza documentation has an error

I tried to set-up Zoom with Wowzer using this blog post but it didn’t work:

What was wrong in the blog? I am the person that created that video on You Tube and wrote the blog. Please let me know so I adjust the blog if there is something that didn’t work, but worked when you watched the video.
