Hello, I am an LMS system maintenance employee.
I’ve been using WowzaStreaminEngine for years now and suddenly I can’t log in to the admin screen for a few days now.
Here’s the situation…

Try Login and license key error

license key input and save, and try again

I Googled with the error message above and confirmed that I should check the 1935 port and 8088 port firewall issues. So I checked.
Of course, I also checked the WowzaStreaminEngine service startup

I don’t understand why 1935port isn’t Listen when the service is on, and
I don’t know why I can’t log in to the admin page that was working well all of a sudden.
Server administrators continue to say that the network and firewall for that port are fine.
Plz help!
