How to stream a logo when have no stream ?

Hello all,

I want to know if there is a way to stream a “no video” logo (or something similar) when the live incoming steam is not available.

I’m asking this question because I have some stream files which connected to mpeg-ts encoder udp stream and there some times that the stream isn’t available .
