How to set Live stream packetizer properties per Stream via API

Hi~

Attempts to set the HLS / DASH packetization attribute by the incoming stream.

The values you want to set are ChunkDurationTarget, PlaylistChunkCount, MaxChunkCount, and so on.

Is there a function like setChunkDurationTragetCupertino?

The only way I know now is to set it manually using setProperty.
