How to limit number of connections per ip groups?

Hello,

I want to know if there is a way to limit the number of connections for the vod application per ip groups.

For example, if I have viewers with this ip segment

10.1.1.x the max connections they are allowed is 2, the third viewer will get a message that the max of possible connections has been reached.
