i keep seeing this error in log i just recently got latest version of wowza now i see this. Errror.
HTTPStreamerAdapterSmoothStreamer.onManifest: LiveStreamPacketizer not found [live/myStream/Manifest]: smoothstreamingpacketizer
i never had this issue on 2.2.3
now i have none working iOS devices 
any help would be great Thanks

It looks like the playback clients are requesting the Smoothstreaming playback URL.
You should try requesting the Apple HLS URL:
http://WowzaIP:1935/live/myStream/playlist.m3u8

i see this on the access log also on ipad it says file could not be played
ipad is working on old wowza nothing was changed on site when i installed new wowza it was a fresh server install
