Good day, I noticed that when i blacklist a stream key from http://[WOWZA-IP-ADDRESS]:8086/ban it only works on rtmp but not on HLS, is there a way to blacklist stream HLS?

This is controlled at the application settings level under [application-name] / Playback Security / Client Restrictions. We have an article on how to set that up here.
