Hi Stream unavailable hosted wowza player not working

Hi I set up a stream with low latency. I can see the transcoder starting but the player says stream not found. i can see the preview videos on both stream and transcoder.

Can you confirm the direct playback URL works before it gets to the player?

I checked your latest test and see the stream is disconnecting withing 3-5 mins after you start. I also see some disconnects on the encoder stream, which both would cause issues.

I suggest opening a ticket HERE and we can get more detailed into the issue to find out the root cause
