I need to build a streaming server that has 16 HD(720p 25fps) channels to cloud server in HKK. I chose following hardware, please consult me on it.
SERVER Hardware spec:
DELL R430/T430
CPU : 2x Intel® Xeon® E5-2660 v3 2.6GHz,25M Cache,9.60GT/s QPI,Turbo,HT,10C/20T
RAM : 4x 8GB
Ingest card: 4x Streamlabs MH4LM(HD-SDI)

It looks like you are building an encoder, not a streaming server as you are mentioning capture cards there
If that’s the case, you are missing info for a good hardware sizing (like how you’ll encode, bitrates, how many bitrates, etc)

What you’ll need, is the Wowza Transcoder Add-On (which now comes for free with the Wowza Server Pro Edition license), and multiple powerful servers that can convert 16HD SDI channels into video streams.
