Framerate Reduction

Hi

I currently have a stream coming in at 60fps, I turned on framerate reduction to 1/2 but it doesn’t seem to change the frame rate to 30fps. Has anyone else has this problem?

Exactly how did you turn on framerate reduction? Please provide more information about your configuration.
