Guys,
I’ve just started using the Wowza Streaming Cloud on a 4K stream and it has been erroring out. I’d like to review the log files to see what the errors are, however, when I search the logs for errors I don’t see any. Can anyone please advise as to how to get more information out of the logs.

If you haven’t already, always log a support ticket when you have issues like with the Wowza Support team and we will help you isolate and fix issues. We do not provide server logging due to proprietary details in the logs.
