Error with Akamai Player

rtmp url works fine with wowza test player but gives error on Akamai player.

IDENT request failed with error: HTTP request error

Hi,

I believe that error is related to a port no being open that the Akamai player needs for HTTP, that would suggest port 80

is also required to be open as well as 1935.

Port 80 is open. Here’s the result of nmap
