Error when trying to uninstall Wowza Server

Hi,

i’m getting an error when i’m trying to uninstall wowza media server V2.1.2 in order to upgrade it to the latest version.

The server is installed on Windows machine and I think something is aborting uninstalling process at its ending phase.

The error is:

“Error 1326. Error getting file security C:\Wowza Media Server2\applications\ GetLastError: 5”

Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m not sure, have not seen that before. Try deleting Wowza folders yourself, then do uninstall.
