Error streaming with Matrox to Wowza

Hello,

I’m having connecting streaming my Matrox Monarch HD to the wowza server. The Monarch gives me the following error.

RTMP Streaming [“rtmp://94.208.20.109:1935/ROSD/live flashVer=“FMLE/3.0 (compatible; FMSc/1.0)” swfUrl=“rtmp://94.208.20.109:1935/ROSD” pubUser=test pubPasswd=test1”] : Error Message: “Could not open resource for writing.”

Does anyone knows how I can fix this error?
