EC2 C5 support

Hello

I’m running Wowza Engine (installed via AWS Marketplace) on an EC2 M5.2xlarge instance.

I would like to change to a C5 instance type, but getting

An error occurred while trying to change the instance type for this instance
The instance configuration for this AWS Marketplace product is not supported. Please see the AWS Marketplace site for more information about supported instance types, regions, and operating systems.

What do I need to do to change it?

I found C4 in the supported list, but there are no C4 in the list of instance types in the console.

Two options:

  1. Get a vanilla instance with your favorite Linux flavor and install Wowza manually

  2. Send a message to support@wowza.com and be patient …
