DVR request getting "403 forbidden"

Hi there, I’m running Wowza 3.5.2 build3747 from Amazon EC2. I’ve constant DVR recording of my content

I’ve serveral servers with same settings

Every couple of days, when I try to play abstract of DVR content through delegate, I get “403 Forbidden” error when trying to get the .TS chunks

If I restart Wowza, everything starts working again … until some days down the road, same thing

Does anyone has an idea what could be happening?

Can you try using DVD without the delegate ?

Is delegate your own ? Can you add debug to it ? It sounds like it is failing , hence 403.

will try next time I see the error. Yes, delegate it’s my own. It strange that after restart of Wowza, it works

Content that before was giving 403, after restart, works fine
