Do i need to use “SMIL file”, if I already has “Adaptive Bitrate Stream Name Groups” in a “Transcoder Templates”? Thank you for your advising!

No need to create SMIL files if you have Stream Name Groups; you can use the following url to get an ABR playlist:

http://[server-ip]:1935/[application]/ngrp:[streamname_group_name]/playlist.m3u8
