Can't play stream from Android device with HLS test player.

I followed your GoCoder video chat tutorial. I have been successfully published the stream. But I can only play my stream with url rtsp://103.69.195.137:1935/videochat/myStream and I can play http://103.69.195.137:1935/videochat/myStream/playlist.m3u8 with HLS player. Please let me know what am I doing wrong? How to fix it?
