Can we convert DTMF to SCTE35 on a live stream? else can we convert SCTE104 to SCTE35

I have a live stream which is having DTMF trigger in it. Is there an option to convert DTMF to SCTE35 ?

Currently we do not have a way of converting DTMF to SCTE35.

Not sure it is still relevant looking at when the request was created, but I bumped into this website: https://dream-stream.io/skittyinject-rest-api-gpi-dtmf-scte-35/

Seems they got a way to convert DTMF to SCTE35 on a live MPEG-2 TS.
