  1. Do REST HTTP / JSON call.

  2. WCS will initiate a SIP call to Twilio.

  3. SIP/RTMP stream from Twilio will be forwarded to Wowza Streaming Engine for further broadcasting.

How to get stream from Twilio service and publish this stream to Wowza as RTMP
