Audio only transcoding error - after a while, different pitch

Hi,
I have a few full licenses of WMS and a multi-language scheduled streaming channel.
At certain moments some of the streams get transcoded at a different pitch - higher or lower - and the only way I can fix it is to restart the stream target that is feeding the stream (or the app, but that is not a good idea).
Any advice how to fix this from the start or why I encounter this problem?

The troubleshooting for this issue would require a deep dive into the configuration of your Wowza Streaming Engine, the source and the Engine log files.
I would suggest opening up a Support Ticket so that a Wowza Support Engineer can assist you troubleshoot this transcoding issue.
