30 Second Delay in Live Stream

I just setup my first live stream using using these instructions:

I then open the stream on my iPad and everything works well, except I have a ~30 second lag between what is on the iPad and what is going on in the room.

Any ideas on where to look to solve this?

Hi,

HLS has high latency.

You can reduce this by reducing the keyframe interval and matching that with the optimal segment size:
