Stopped using the Winstone servlet container in Wowza Streaming Engine Manager
Due to security concerns, Wowza Streaming Engine 4.7.8 discontinued the use of the Winstone servlet container in Wowza Streaming Engine Manager. Instead, Wowza Streaming Engine Manager 4.7.8 and later uses Apache Tomcat 9.0 as the servlet container. The winstone.properties file has been replaced with tomcat.properties; the content of the files is nearly identical, but the name has changed.
If you are trying to use Streaming Engine versions 4.7.8, 4.8.0 or the most recent 4.8.5, you will need to be aware of the breaking changes and update the systems as we suggest here:

You will need to use Tomcat and java 9 as well as CENTOS 7. My guess is you are trying to use an outdated version of Streaming Engine or have not updated the systems as our docs instruct you to do after the release of 4.7.8.
