Wowza Streaming Engine Delay problem

Hi.

I am using Wowza streaming engine and I want to re-stream an RTSP IP camera to play on the web in HLS format. The playback is working properly, but there is a delay of about 30 seconds between the real-time camera feed and the re-stream. I want to achieve real-time streaming, what can I do to solve this issue?
