Today I received an email from SurveyMonkey about how I would feel if I could no longer use Wowza Streaming Engine. The email provided no other context of why this survey was sent other than “Wowza is looking to improve our offering:”. In the tech world this is way too vague of a statement to precede a question about software that is critical to multiple companies and streaming platforms.
