Wowza can not reconnect all incoming streams after restart

We have about 130 IP cameras which are streaming to Wowza.

using rtmp or rtmps

But after restart WowzaStreamingEngine (etc/init.s/WowzaStreamingEngine restart)

It seems that only 112 connections. and in “Application” incoming streams is 112 streams, too.

Where is other streams?

If you are not staggering the startup of the streams, then it may be overloading and failing.
