I am looking for someone who can assist me in creating a web workflow using PHP in which a user on a webpage can upload and mp3/mp4 and the links to access this file (iOS, Android and Web) is stored in a MySQL database. Files will be stored on Amazon S3 and Wowza runs from an Amazon EC2 instance. The database and such is stored on a separate server.
