Thank you for contacting Wowza via our forum. To update the Wowza Streaming Engine software, you will need to have a maintenance and support package for your perpetual license. When you have one, you’ll be able to download the updater when logging into your account portal.
If you need to purchase a maintenance and support package, I recommend that you email our Customer Experience Team via the following address.
