What causes the above to happen?

I was watching the video on webrtc,
The video stopped with the above log.
This happens once every 10 minutes.
Maybe it has something to do with the transcoder?
I use the transcoder default.
If transcoder is applied, won’t this happen?

Please don’t stop the video.

What version of Engine is this please? There are some issues with this (RTSP) in 4.8.14

Also. are you playing this on iOS15 by any chance? There is an Apple bug for WebRTC playback on that operating system.

Please send us a support ticket today so we can review and debug. We do not debug in the forums as it is impossible without full access to your Engine configuration and logs.

You can submit one here:

i use 4.8.14+9 version. what’s the problem? I did send a ticket. Please let me know what to try before that.

You need to upload your configuration files and logs as requested in your ticket so we can review your settings. The stream could be dropping from encoder errors, network or lack of bandwidth or CPU issues.

Do you have b-frames set to zero for WebRTC playback?

You can adjust it here and just change it to 0.

https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-configure-b-frame-support-when-using-wowza-transcoder

It could also be related to a known issue in 4.8.14 in which I cannot help until we see your files in the ticket.
