When I try to use the publish html example I get an error saying:
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://localhost.streamlock.net/webrtc-session.json’ failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Have you requested and configured a StreamLock cert in the VHost.xml file located at:
[install-dir]/conf/VHost.xml
To request a StreamLock cert:
My Account -> StreamLock
Or alternatively you can create your own SSL Cert: link to article
If having further issues, please open a support case here and send the below files over for review:
[install-dir]/conf
[install-dir]/logs
[install-dir]/htdocs
*Please send a browser debug log of your connection attempts located in Dev Tools copied into a text document.
