WebRTC configured as UDP but not peering

I am just testing the browser publishing example.

I am seeing 3 connections and this output which means its streaming to multiple clients

Bytes In: 233470634 @ 440.200 Kbits/s

Bytes Out: 335649957 @ 861.100 Kbits/s

When I stop one subscriber I see this

Bytes In: 235933750 @ 449.940 Kbits/s

Bytes Out: 340337542 @ 639.900 Kbits/s

Any ideas ?

Trying a local wowza server. a local publisher, a local subscriber, another machine on the lan. The throughput increases in the monitoring.
