I need a Web-based Panel to Control the Multiple-Users (CONTENT UPLOADERS), so that i can have following features -

Detailed description

  • Allow “multiple” Users (Content Uploaders) to upload their own video files (also possibly with multiple ABR files. Meaning, one Video may have multiple files, for ABR purpose)

  • Once a user has uploaded a Video, they will straight-away get the EMBED-CODE for their Video (ABR files must also be configured if there any)

  • There must be essential CRUD functions over the Videos for the Users they have uploaded.

  • All Users can again be centrally manageable by the Admin(s).

    Target Platform

  • Web-based System (preferred, LAMP)

    Timescales/Delivery date

  • Negotiate (roughly 3~4 month?)

    Budget

  • Please offer.

    Notes

  • Only to deliver the Softwares. The underlying infra will be setup by our end.

  • There’s a potential to have additional projects, to go far beyond this.
