Web based media encoder

I am testing functionality of Wowza and use Flash Live Media Encoder to stream live to the Wowza server. Is there any media encoder which runs within a browser so the broadcaster doesnt need to install any desktop client? Something similar to what LiveStream.com provides when you need to broadcast?
