I am looking for a portal solution to list available on demand videos. Basically a YouTube type page that will list videos available with a title and some metadata.
Any Wowza solutions that will accomplish this, third party software or Wowza API documentation on how to build one?

I would start here and build out your backend architecture first. Once you know your architecture and workflow you want to achieve and also the end-user experience, you can review the docs to see if the functionality is there via API.
