Does Wowza supports live streaming(scheduled/playlist) of pre-recorded video to multiple platform like YT, X etc and not by sharing iframe/embed/javascript/hostedpage.

Welcome and thank you for reaching out via our forum. I see that you have added this question to the Wowza Video section of the forum and assume your intension is to use the Wowza Video service.
This particular functionality doesn’t currently exist in the Wowza Video service but it has been added as a feature request which will be considered for a future version.
However, there’s a workaround which is limited but may be suitable for your scenario. When using VOD you can cut/edit video files within the Wowza Video user interface and by combining multiple videos into a single mp4 file, you’d be able to create a live stream from that single mp4 file which was a collection of your videos giving you a playlist type affect.
This workaround does come with its limitations though as the file size and length of many combined videos may make the file unusable.
If the Wowza Video service isn’t a requirement, the Wowza Streaming Engine software supports this type of functionality where you can create live streams from one or multiple of mp4 files by installing a free pre-build module. Please find documentation for this below.
