Ok, so I’m testing to make sure our site (ssdcougars.tv) works for many clients, some behind basic firewalls. I have remote access to machines in different environments, and one behind a basic firewall is blocking access to our VOD. HOWEVER, our Live stream is unaffected. I’m able to view and use the DVR features, but VOD content is Access Denied. I have opened the cross domain policy, what could be causing this? Should I add another crossdomain.xml to the vod folder?

That is odd that you can access the live stream but not the VOD stream. So that we can investigate further, do send us the following information from the Wowza server:

-
logs/
-
playback URL for the VOD asset
