Is video on demand playback of mp4 files, recorded from live stream, supported by Wowza Streaming Cloud like it is with Facebook Live and Youtube Live?
If so, how can I set it up using a Wowza hosted page?

Thanks for contacting Wowza Forums
For VOD and Cloud playback, you can record files and it will give you a MP4 download link where you can download the file and host either on Wowza Streaming Engine or on another platform.
