Using S3 using MediaCache in EC2 Wowza

Hi,

I have Wowza engine running in my EC2. I’m trying to stream the video from my Cloud Storage S3 by following Media Cache Source configuration.

I have created the Media Cache Source with the prefix thiru1/ which is my bucket name (along with the required keys).

I have the VOD Edge application created in the name of video1.

I’m trying to access the video using the below urls but getting the error “Source Stream or file could not be found or access was denied”. I use the test player in the engine manager to play the video.

Server: rtmp://54.84.231.169:1935/video1

Stream: mp4:/thiru1/NaanEE.mp4

Could you please help me to resolve this error?

Thanks

Hi,

Can you confirm the key you’re using is correct?

Do you see any indication as to what the issue may be from looking at the Wowza Streaming engine error log?

To accurately troubleshoot this issue we are going to need to see how the server is configured.

Please email support@wowza.com with a detailed description of the issue, a link to this thread for reference and a zipped copy of the following directories.

[Wowza-Install]/conf/

[Wowza-Install]/logs/

[Wowza-Install]/manager/logs/

Thanks,

Jason
