Login StreamEngine Manager web, I found Stream Target page under Application. By default, it enable - auto-refresh. I found it get refresh too frequently. I want to tune down 20 to 30 sec as refresh rate. would someone could tell me which file need to edit ? I run on Wowza Streaming Engine on local Ubuntu server.

That is a great question.
At this time Wowza Streaming Engine Manager Stream Target section does not have a customized refresh interval.
Please reach out to our support team to have a feature request created.
For now, I would suggest to disable the Auto Refresh and use the manual refresh button.
