switching live input steams to 1 output stream at sever

I have 20 streams coming into the server. I want to have 1 live output stream. BUT I want the ability to load on a remote computer a web page with a button for each of the live streams and when i click one of the buttons it switches the output stream to show that input stream. like switching cams in a control room.

I am told it can easily be done with the java scripting but not that proficient.

useing woza 3.5 on a window server box
