Streamlock renew

Hi,
Streamlock renew function is not shown.
As of April 17th, streamlock has expired.
But I don’t see the renew button.

1. Can I not renew after the maintenance period is over?
2. If the renew button is activated, can I do it even when the next renewal has not been maintained?
