We are looking for someone to work with our developer on integrating a streaming VOD solution into small scale servers. Client numbers will be low but delivery will be via wireless network to a wide variety of devices (browser based). We would also like some guidance on integrating DRM if / when it’s needed.

network requirements: the system must be able to work off-line for up to 24 hours without problem: in our environment, we are often running on local network only, thus the Wowza integration must be totally hosted on the private server and have no external dependency that would require a world-wide-web connection.
We need to have a working demonstration within 4 weeks with an optional 5th week for testing and QA.
