Unfortunately without getting deep into the packets coming from the camera it is impossible to say.
What you could do is enable/disable audio/video tracks from the camera, so
See if this works and if so which one is causing the problem. I suspect video but could be audio.
From there it would be down to the manufacturer as it is probably a bad header/byte entry throwing Flash into an exception so crashing and will be really hard to find if just looking at packets.
