Hi
I’m trying to stream my live feed to WowzaCloud
I can see incoming streams from my encoder.
I can see that the streams are being recorded.
But the “stream target” status is forever in waiting mode and im unable to feed to wowza cloud
Is it because im using a trial version?
Ive look through the entire help section i cannot find an answer for it.
Please help as we need to evaluate this product
thank you for your reply.
I am using both trial versions and am trying to WSE>WSC but it is not working. The incoming stream is not feeding into the target stream.
I have not gone into WOWZA CDN because i cannot even pass this WSE>WSC stage.q
Ok, let me share a couple of resources to see if that identifies the issue. If not, send in a support ticket and we’ll find find the problem.
So you are able to see the stream is actively connected in Engine? It’s just not playing in the Cloud stream target correct?
And you double checked your Source Name Stream prefix?

Let me see if I can find a video tutorial for you as well…
I did check for you @Tien Lu and you would need a trial for both Engine and Cloud to send a stream target. WSE > WSC for passthrough or transcode should work. (Treated like an encoder).
WSE > Wowza CDN not supported. Wowza CDN is a separate add-on for Engine and that’a not supported in a trial.
