Server Hardware Requirements - Processor & RAM

Hello, I am trying to decide what type of server to get for wowza to run on.

We are going to running rtsp from 32 ip cameras through wowza.

Not sure how many people will be connecting but maybe as many as 30.

I searched but did not see a hardware requirement list.

Is there a certain proc speed? 2.0 etc ?

Is there a certain type of RAM?

Or just as long as it is over 4GB?

Disk: 2 or more in RAID 0 (striping)

Yes, Wowza Server does run on under Windows 8.

I see that you did not include windows 8.

Is this stripe disk configuration a strick requirement for OS disks, or the OS can be installed on RAID disks with the system having additional disks which are in stripe configuration that the Wowza can then be pointed to, to use?
