I run a little video site

Using RTMP with Wowza and Flowplayer

IT is not live streaming, just mp4 movie files on a responsive design

Does Wowza offer anything that would help lock down the videos from downloading like things like Firebug, Download Helper and the such, just a way to keep the average user from downloading the clips?

Also does it help protect mobile if there is an option?

For securing RTMP and HTTP connections you can use StreamLock, this also can be used with SecureToken for Flash RTMP Streaming.
