RTSP to MPEG2-TS repack

Hello!

I have a problem with reencoding a stream from RTSP to MPEG2-TS (udp/multicast). Output stream freezes and when I connect stream analyser to the output stream it shows me CC Errors. There are no errors while converting multicast UDP to multicast RTP (in case you say that it might be a network issue).

The input stream seems to be correct due to VLC shows video smoothly.

I have Ubuntu server, i7, 8 cores:

load average: 0.02, 0.07, 0.13

What can be the reason?
