I am looking to create a token with a short expiry and update the token used for HLS requests in realtime using an api. However I’ve noticed the token may be in the chunklist name rather than query to do replacements… Where in that chunklist file is the token to be able to do replacements if it allows it ? Do I have to force a playlist reset on request errors ?
Request URL:
/live/livestream/livestream/chunklist_w1168408678_tkdGVuZHRpbWU9MTcyMTA2Njk3MCZ0c3RhcnR0aW1lPTE3MjEwNjY5MTAmdGhhc2g9LXFseFY2SFlNXzhQTDM3UUc3b0w3Y0hKNU1aRnBHbFAtWmlaWFdnX1dnYU1FeENnWkFHMnAwTmFhbHdrdUpKOWlPWVlIREd1UHdnSU5OWnZiMTdxN2c9PQ==.m3u8
I believe the original request is
/live/livestream/livestream/playlist.m3u8?tendtime=1721066970&tstarttime=1721066910&thash=-qlxV6HYM_8PL37QG7oL7cHJ5MZFpGlP-ZiZXWg_WgaMExCgZAG2p0NaalwkuJJ9iOYYHDGuPwgINNZvb17q7g==
